Ready to get your RFPs from chaos to done?

We empower our clients with the right set of proposal and bid people, plan, and process.
We create a proposal environment that eliminates chaos and fuels growth.

RFPs

We take your RFPs from chaos to done by applying framework that incorporates the right set of people, plan, and process. Some RFPs are just a few pages long while others are several hundred pages and extremely complex.

When you engage us, we review the RFP and schedule a call to talk with you about your solution, win strategy and who on your team will be supporting the proposal. From there, our process looks something like the following, with variations based on your specific needs:

Person talking with hands in front of their laptop
  • Draft a project plan
  • Create the proposal template
  • Facilitate the kick-off call with your team, including getting agreement on assignments and the timeline
  • Facilitate cadence calls
  • Meet with executives and subject matter experts to inform or support content development
  • Draft proposal sections
  • Complete forms with your team’s support
  • Create compelling page layouts and graphics
  • Review and edit
  • Desktop publishing
  • Advise regarding production and delivery of physical submittals
  • Submit via portals or email for electronic submittals, as appropriate

Content

Effective content libraries streamline the process of writing client-focused proposals and save your team time. We stand up content libraries and update existing libraries. While there are some variations in how we achieve the end result, our approach is the same:
  • Learn about your company, including your clients, team, solutions, and branding
  • Interview team members
  • Review recent RFP responses and your proposal content library, if available
  • Create the plan of action
  • Implement the plan, organizing, writing, and editing the content you need to win

Process

Many of our clients experience chaos around RFPs. While the symptom is the same, the cause may be quite different across different organizations. We take an investigative approach to identifying the cause which is quite similar to our content approach:

Person writing notes on notebooks
  • Learn about your company, including your clients, team, solutions, and branding
  • Interview team members to learn about your current processes
  • Review process documentation, if available
  • Review recent RFP responses and your proposal content library, if available
  • Report on what we learned and provide a plan of action
  • Implement the plan, including documentation, templates, content, tools, and training
