How many opportunities can you guarantee to deliver? We guarantee to send at least 1 weekly email with results. The result for a week may be that there are no new opportunities. Just as we have no influence over what you deliver and who you serve, we cannot influence your ideal clients' purchasing needs or budgets. Our experience is that we will deliver many results in the first week, as we are picking up many weeks' worth of RFX invitations. Then we'll find fewer, as we only search for new RFX that dropped since we last searched.
What makes your service stand out from the rest? Based on feedback from clients who switched to our RFX Opportunity Sourcing service we regularly find more RFX than our competitors.
We've found the right RFP; now what? We can then provide a rough estimate of the project cost. After approval, we will schedule a kickoff call to introduce you to your proposal manager, who will lead the effort. Our proposal writer, manager, and writer will shred the RFP and assemble a project plan, compliance matrix, templates, and forms. We will establish the submission protocol via email, a portal, or hard copy delivery. From there, we will review the provided collateral and meet with your team to discuss the next steps.
