As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on painting services this one caught our attention.

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has released an RFI for painting and floor maintenance for ten USCG housing units.

The scope of work includes preparing and painting required surfaces with the appropriate type of paint and refinishing existing hardwood floors. Painted surfaces include walls, ceilings, doors, closets, trim, and molding as well as exterior storm doors, entrance doors, and trim.

Offerors must be prepared to provide the entire scope of work including all materials, including paint.

Contractors must “comply with all local, state, and federal safety codes.”
