For each project, identify a group of subject matter experts (SMEs) that will provide specific product or program information quickly
Your SMEs should sign a service level agreement (SLA) that defines your expectations for a SME and what their expected deadlines or timelines are.
If you are aware prior to a strategy call which subjects will need attention, invite the relevant SMEs. Keeping all parties in the loop will enable the project to continue moving forward.
