What we delivered 

We provided Proposal Writing and Proposal Management for around 20 RFPs representing more than $100M in total contract value.

We managed drafts, writing, project management, editing, and desktop publishing for every proposal. For physical submissions, we consulted with their admins on production and delivery.

We worked with their subject matter experts to ensure continuous progress on each proposal. We implemented MS Teams for streamlined collaboration and document management.

We primarily engaged the executives for reviews and approvals, freeing them significantly from the day-to-day aspects of proposal development.
