RFx of the Day:
Broome County, NY

As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on various paper products, this one caught our attention.

The Broome County, New York is looking for a vendor to provide paper products for the Broome County Print Shop. The contract will begin with a base year from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 with the opportunity to renew for up to two more years through December 31, 2023.

All products must be to exact specifications and unproblematic. Problematic paper products include papers that leave residue or jam copiers and printers.

“Failure of any offered paper product to operate trouble free, including mailing and inserting machines, for the use intended/application will be grounds for the immediate cancellation of the contract and award to the next lowest responsive and responsible bidder.”
