The RFP states, “City Colleges of Chicago is seeking proposals for a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solution which will allow us to provide an exemplary student experience, operate with efficiency, and gain a comprehensive understanding of our recruitment and retention efforts.”

Does your company provide solutions and services that:

1. Support recruiting new students

2. Streamline communication, application, and onboarding for new and continuing students, as well as alumni relationship management

3. Integrate with other student-facing and administrative systems

4. Review, evaluate and transform, where appropriate, current business practices

5. Eliminate redundant systems and manual processes
