RFP for Marketing Services for the City of Los Angeles Ready Your LA Neighborhood (RYLAN) Program

As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on increasing public awareness around natural and man-made threats like wildfires, flooding, mudslides, earthquakes, etc., this one caught our attention.

The City of Los Angeles seeks marketing services for the City’s Ready Your LA Neighborhood (RYLAN) program. In 2017, the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department (EMD) launched RYLAN to help residents, including individuals, families and neighborhoods, prepare for disasters and create neighborhood emergency response plans.

Can your organization…

• Conduct market research, develop messaging and creative content, and implement a strategic marketing campaign for RYLAN?
• Track campaign progress and provide actionable recommendations to the EMD?
• Have experience working with diverse communities, an understanding of various community needs, and demonstrate a commitment to racial and gender equity in previous work?

Don’t delay. There is a mandatory pre-proposal conference on September 16 @ 11:00 am PT, outreach is due 9/22 and the deadline for proposals is 10/6/2020 @ 3:00 pm PT.
