As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on creating new job opportunities for the disadvantaged, this one caught our attention.

The County of Los Angeles is looking to jump-start a pilot program to open up film and digital media career pathways for under-served populations. The LA County Board of Supervisors aims to support the growth of the film and media industry while increasing inclusion to reflect the diverse LA County population.

Does your company have experience with the following?

  1. The film and digital media industry.

  2. Community-based organizations, trades, and unions.

  3. Providing services (either direct or through partnerships) within the industry to under-served youth population ages 16-24.
