RFx of the Day:
NASA

As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With COVID-19 cases on the uptick once again, this one caught our attention.

NASA is looking to purchase personal wearable monitors. The goal of the purchase is to proactively monitor for potentially pre-symptomatic or asymptomatic individuals who might be unknowingly spreading the virus.

Many of our clients are supporting the response to COVID-19 but their expertise is in different areas.

Does your company sell personal, light weight, comfortable, wearable hardware (in priority order) that:

  1. Measures heart rate
  2. Measures respiratory rate
  3. Measures pulse oximetry (oxygen saturation)
  4. Provides pro-active feedback and alerts
  5. Measures skin temperature and/or,
  6. Ties into symptom tracking app

If so, you can find out more at https://beta.sam.gov/opp/e0a62802528d4cf283bd6421ce03aa49/view. Don’t delay, however. Questions are due 8/24 and the deadline for proposals is 8/26.
