The New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is seeking bids with the intent to provide American Sign Language (ASL) outpatient services for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The DMHAS intends to use this RFP’s funding to increase inclusive outreach and make members of the Deaf community aware of the services available to them.
