RFx of the Day:
New Jersey Economic Development Authority
Request for Qualifications/Proposals 2020-RFQ/P-106 for Consulting Services for the Creation of the New Jersey Green Fund
As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on green initiatives, this one caught our attention.
The New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s (Authority) mandate is to support and grow the State of New Jersey’s (State) economy. The State has outlined ambitious greenhouse gas and pollutant reduction goals, defined in the Clean Energy Act of 2018, the 2019 Energy Master Plan, and Governor Phil Murphy’s Executive Orders Nos. 7, 28 and 100.
Through this RFQ/P, the Authority is soliciting proposals for consulting services to support the phased development of a state-wide green bank, fund or other financing mechanisms and activities (Green Fund) that would operate either under State government auspices, or as a private, not-for-profit entity.
Is this in your organization’s wheelhouse? If so, you can find out more at www.njeda.com.
Don’t delay! There is an optional pre-proposal conference on Wednesday, September 9th, questions are due on Monday, September 14th and the deadline for proposals is on Monday, October 5th. Check the RFQ for exact times.
