As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on lawn maintenance, this one caught our attention.

The St. Louis County Library District Board of Trustees released an Invitation for Bid (IFB) looking to enter into a three year contract for lawn maintenance. The contract will cover 2021, 2022, and 2023 maintenance for the following library district locations:

  • Bridgeton Trails
  • Cliff Cave
  • Daniel Boone
  • Eureka Hills
  • Florissant Valley
  • Grand Glaize
  • Grant’s View
  • Indian Trails
  • Jamestown Bluffs
  • Lewis & Clark
  • Rock Road
  • Samuel Sachs
  • Thornhill
  • Weber Road
  • Library Headquarters in Ladue

The board of trustees requests that each bidder visit the district locations to take measurements and review field conditions before bidding.
