Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is seeking qualified proposers to collect, transport, and destroy unusable hand sanitizer. This initiative is part of the Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) program which aims to protect the environment from harmful or potentially harmful materials through proper transportation and disposal methods.
Attached to the bid is a list of all locations and the number of gallons that need to be picked up at each location.
