As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on affordable rental housing for Ann Arbor residents, this one caught our attention.

The Ann Arbor Housing Commission is seeking rental unit developers who are interested in receiving project-based vouchers “to support the preservation or creation of affordable supportive housing for eligible families.”

The AAHC wishes to increase opportunities and housing units for “extremely low-income, homeless, disabled, and other special needs households to live in permanent supportive housing.”

Through the project-base voucher program, the AAHC is looking to assist the following housing departments:

  1. Existing housing

  2. New construction housing

  3. Rehabilitated housing
