RFx of the Day:
Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service
As RFx professionals with clients in a wide variety of industries, we keep an eye out for new opportunities to drop. With a focus on hazardous waste disposal, this one caught our attention.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is seeking qualified proposers to collect, transport, and destroy unusable hand sanitizer. This initiative is part of the Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) program which aims to protect the environment from harmful or potentially harmful materials through proper transportation and disposal methods.
Attached to the bid is a list of all locations and the number of gallons that need to be picked up at each location.
Is your company capable of adhering to hazmat procedures and local, State, and Federal laws, policies, and regulations to dispose of unusable hand sanitizer quickly and safely?
